		<description>This creative commons thing is really interesting; thanks for posting it.  But I&#039;ve still got a lot of questions.  I&#039;m not sure how to specify the rights I want.  Creative Commons is good, but there aren&#039;t enough options.  

I know you&#039;re not a patent attorney, but in your opinion, is it possible to establish ownership through the Library of Congress and then just make up the rights you want?
