NT7S: I'm glad someone caught the call signs. It was a handy coincidence that they hadn't been assigned yet too! :-)

I wanted to add another easter egg but ran out of time: A PSK31 signal of Kilroy 4.0 trying to reach out and contact us from his peaceful slumber in the DNAC. That would have been fun too. Ah well.

I found a VST plug-in that shifts an FFT buffer by varying constant amounts and generated the same linear frequency shift you get with out-of-tune SSB, which saved me from having to transmit into a dummy load while swearing "on the air."

I'm really glad y'all liked it. I had a blast doing it.

Mark Smith, you magnificent bastard! Damn fine job on dialog and audio, OM. This is definitely my favorite OBSIDIAN so far. I was really happy when I heard J.C. give the teaser for this episode last week. Being a ham, this same idea had occurred to me, but I'm glad I didn't try it. You far outdid anything I could have produced.

Thanks J.C., for allowing the community to give back to the 7th Son universe!

BTW, nice l33tsp33k callsigns...LOL
